If you own property in any of the above locations and would like to advertise your property on the Sunshine Breaks website then please contact us with your details.

The Deal:
The deal is simple.

If we like your property and feel it is suitable for inclusion on our website then we will send one of our team to visit your property to get photographs and an accurate description for use on the website.

If we get bookings for your property we take a 5% booking fee off your total price. We reckon that is the best deal available on line for any booking agent in the world.

The contact details of the person making the booking will then be passed on to you and you can make your own arrangements to receive payment for the remaining 95%.

What you get:
We will advertise and market your property on the Sunshine Breaks website for no upfront fees.
You will get your own page with photographs and a description of your property.
You will also get an availability calender linked to your property.

How does it work:
If we get an enquiry about your property then we will contact you to confirm the availability of those dates.
If the property is available then we will let the enquirer know this.
If they wish to book then we will contact you again and ask you to hold the dates for 48 hours.
The enquirer then has 48 hours to pay a 5% deposit for the dates.
When we receive the down payment we will confirm the booking with you and pass on the contact details of the enquirer so that you can make your own arrangements for the remaining 95% of the cost of your rental.
You never need to send any money to us.

Why Advertise on Sunshine Breaks:
We market specific areas and specific properties. We provide information about the areas where we advertise and so can capture that specific audience.

Our rates as a booking agent are, we think, the best available anywhere in the world. Most companies and holiday home rental websites either charge you upfront or charge a minimum of 15% with some up to 30% of your rental price.

We don't charge any up front fees, therefore if we don't get you a booking you don't pay anything to us. It's a win win situation for you.

We have a very personal approach with all our customers which wins us praise and repeat business. We personally answer all e mails.

What do we expect from you:
We expect you to ensure that your property is kept to a good standard suitable for holiday rentals.
We expect you to keep us informed of any other bookings you receive so that your availability calender is kept up to date. A simple e mail is all we require.
We expect you to read all our terms and conditions and by asking us to market your property you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions as per our terms and conditions page on this website.
